During the vulcanization process, it is necessary to control the vulcanization temperature, time, and pressure to ensure the degree and quality of rubber vulcanization.

Surface treatment can increase the wear resistance and anti-aging performance of tires. Common surface treatment methods include coating, vulcanization, etc. Testing is the quality inspection of pre made tires to ensure they meet relevant standards and requirements.
